We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Size & Color Selection
As all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.
We kindly request you to carefully check the size chart and choose your preferred color before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product inspection) is mandatory.

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
This process helps us verify genuine issues and resolve them quickly.

As a print-on-demand business, each product is specially made after an order is placed. Unfortunately, false or misuse of return claims can cause significant losses to small businesses like ours.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
